A calcite crusher machine is specialized equipment designed to reduce calcite (calcium carbonate, CaCO₃) into industrial-grade sizes (powder, granules, or small particles). DRG Crusher stands out as a global leader in this field, renowned for its innovative technologies and customer-centric solutions.
Working Principle of DRG Crusher’s Calcite Crushers:
Feeding & Pre-Screening:
Raw calcite blocks are fed into the crusher via DRG’s vibratory feeder.
A pre-screening unit removes soil and impurities.
Primary Crushing:
Jaw Crusher: Reduces 100-500 mm calcite to 50-150 mm using hydraulic-adjustable manganese steel plates.
Secondary Crushing (Fine Crushing):
Impact Crusher: High-speed rotor with chrome alloy hammers crushes material to 1-25 mm. Closed-system design minimizes dust.
Screening & Recycling:
DRG’s vibratory screens classify material into 0-1 mm (powder), 1-5 mm (fine), and 5-25 mm (coarse). Oversized particles are recycled.
Conveyance & Storage:
Belt conveyors and pneumatic systems transport crushed calcite to storage silos.
