A 110 jaw crusher is a primary crushing machine widely used in stone quarries, mining areas, and construction sites. The number "110" typically refers to the crusher’s feed opening size, which is approximately 1100 mm x 850 mm. This wide opening allows the machine to handle large rocks and hard materials at the first stage of processing.
This model is especially suited for medium-capacity crushing operations with a throughput range of 100 to 200 tons per hour, depending on material hardness and feeding rate.
Technical Specifications:
-
Type: Primary jaw crusher
-
Feed opening: 1100 mm x 850 mm
-
Power requirement: 90–132 kW
-
Capacity: 100 – 200 TPH (tons per hour)
-
Jaw plates: Made of high-manganese steel, resistant to wear
-
Adjustable output size: Between 40 mm and 150 mm
Working Principle:
The 110 jaw crusher works by compressing material between a fixed and a moving jaw. Material is fed from the top; the moving jaw moves back and forth against the fixed jaw, breaking the rock into smaller pieces. Crushed material drops from the bottom. Output size can be adjusted via mechanical or hydraulic settings.
Applications:
-
Aggregate production for road construction
-
Supply of crushed stone for concrete plants
-
Ballast and subbase material manufacturing
