Cone Crusher Sand Plant is a facility designed for producing aggregates (sand, gravel, crushed stone). In this system, a cone crusher is used to reduce large and hard rocks into smaller sizes. It typically operates in the secondary or tertiary crushing stage for sand production.

How It Works?

  1. Feeding: Large rocks are fed into the cone crusher’s top-mounted feed hopper.

  2. Crushing Process: Rocks are compressed between the rotating mantle (conical structure) and fixed concave (inner wall), breaking them into smaller pieces.

  3. Sizing: Crushed material passes through screens at the bottom of the crusher to separate it into desired sand sizes (0-5 mm, 5-15 mm, etc.).

  4. Washing (Optional): Additional washers may be used to clean the sand.

  5. Storage: The final product is transported to stockpiles or directly to transport vehicles.
