Working Principle of VSI Crushers

The feeding unit directs stone or mineral material into the crusher.
Material enters the rotor and spins at high speed.
The rotor propels the material at high velocity toward the crushing chamber walls.
Material collides with the chamber walls and other rock fragments, breaking apart.
Smaller particles form and are sent to the screening system.
The final crushed material is transported via conveyor belts.
